WASHINGTON - You need to describe what happened to you and why you didn't make it to the Inauguration, if you're one of the blue, silver and purple ticket holders promised commemorative items by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies.

The committee had told people to check its Web site for details on claiming the items. Now it says you need to send an e-mail to feedback@jccic.senate.gov and describe what happened.

You'll then be sent the items.

On Inauguration Day, thousands of ticket holders got stuck in the crowds in a tunnel below the National Mall and missed the ceremony. For others, access to the Capitol grounds was cut off.

The committee promised to send those who were shut out copies of the swearing-in invitation and program, photos of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, and a color print of the ceremony.
