Two Montgomery County Teens Found Unharmed

WASHINGTON -- Montgomery County detectives located two teenaged girls, missing since Wednesday, unharmed.

The girls, Amber Naomi Halpern, 16, and Crystal Marie Laver, 15, were found in Prince George's County, according to a police statement.

The girls are in the custody of a care facility, according to that statement.

The girls had last been seen in Rockville at the Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents, a center for teens with emotional problems.
